These terms of use are established between the web hosting provider (Globalhost Ltd., Kralja Tvrtka 42, 72290 Novi Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID number: 4236611790005, VAT number: 236611790005, hereinafter referred to as Globalhost) and the service user who can be any legal or natural person (hereinafter referred to as USER). The following terms of use are necessary to ensure the highest quality service to all our users while simultaneously fulfilling our legal and moral obligations. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the suspension of the user account without prior warning.
Our servers are intended for legally permitted activities. Transmission, storage, distribution of information, data, or materials that violate any laws or regulations are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secrets or any other intellectual property rights used without authorization, and material that is obscene, offensive, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
• Pirated software
• Hacking programs or archives
• Warez sites
• MP3
• IRC bots
The user of our services agrees to compensate for damages and not to hold Globalhost accountable for any claims arising from the use of services in a way that harms the subscriber or any other party. Globalhost alone decides what constitutes a violation of these rules.
We currently do not allow the use of IRC, Egg Drops, BNC, or IRC bots on our servers. Files with guidelines to IRC or any of the above mentioned are prohibited. Likewise, any program that acts as an IRC server or provides chat services in the background is not allowed.
On the leased Shared web hosting service, we do not allow any proxy servers, neither for personal nor for business use. Files that act or behave like a proxy, or with guidelines to a proxy or anything similar are prohibited.
The following background programs and scripts are not allowed on the leased Shared web hosting service:
• IRC servers
• Traffic Exchange, HitLeap, Automated Browsing, Crawlers, iMarcos, AutoSurf...
• Email Marketing / Mass Mailing
• Audio/Video Streaming
• Investment sites (HYIP, FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
• Bank Debentures / Bank Debenture Trading Programs
• MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
• Fraudulent / Phishing / Site replicas
• Cryptocurrency mining programs
• zPanel / Sentora / Kloxo Panel
• DDoS-prone applications or booters / flood scripts / IP spoofing programs
• IP Scanners / Port Scanners or Bruteforce Programs
• Open DNS resolvers or recursors
• Cracking tools
Spamming, or sending a large quantity of unsolicited email messages, from or through servers hosted by Globalhost, or using an email address served by Globalhost is completely prohibited. Globalhost is the one to decide when this rule is violated.
Any attempt to destabilize or damage Globalhost servers or our user, and unjustified use of our technical support resources is completely prohibited. Any non-compliance with all the guidelines and rules mentioned will result in the deactivation of the user account and/or civil liability. We reserve the right to remove any user account without prior notice with a presentation of the reasons for termination.
The USER is responsible for all activities originating from their user account unless it is proven to be the victim of external hacking or address forgery. The USER is responsible for securing their own username and password. The USER assumes responsibility for all material on their website posted by someone else. Use of Globalhost services requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols, and software.
Globalhost performs weekly and monthly backups on all Shared Webhosting servers. Globalhost is not responsible for lost data, time, revenue, or any other resources due to bad backups or no backups. By accepting these terms of use, the user agrees to take responsibility for their data and to make their own data backups independently of Globalhost.
The "Unlimited Hosting" package is based on fair use of resources, and fair basis is defined by the experience of users of the said package. This means that the utilization of our resources must not be drastically higher than the utilization achieved by existing users of the said package. The "Unlimited Hosting" package must not be used for the following purposes:
• Content streaming (different from the content of Your website)
• Managing very large photo galleries
• Storing a large number of uncompressed or large digital photographs
• Public online FTP
• Distribution of a large number of audio or video files, such as MP3 files
• Online backups (e.g., backup of personal computer, or laptop, and/or other files not directly related to Your website)
Users of the "Unlimited Web Hosting" package agree that Globalhost Ltd. can remove unauthorized and inappropriate materials from our server at any time, without prior notice, if the user has violated any of the mentioned rules. Users of the "Unlimited Hosting" package agree that Globalhost Ltd. can delete the following files, if those files excessively use disk space, especially if such action negatively affects other users:
• cPanel, or other backup located locally
• Softaculous backup located locally
• Softaculous backup temp files
• CMS backups located locally
• CMS backup temp files
• CMS backup logs
• Excessively large error logs
Any other excessively large files that are not essential for the basic functionality of the website, or do not contain data of great importance.
After a domain name expires, it goes through three periods:
Grace period:
After your domain expires it is in a grace period, and you have the option to renew it without additional reactivation fees. Grace period lasts for 30 days.
Redemption period (quarantine period):
If you fail to renew the domain within a specific time frame, you have an additional 30 days (so-called redemption period) in which you still have the right to renew it. However, during the redemption period, renewing the domain is subject to additional fees. These fees are not the same for all types of domains, so please check the prices before deciding to renew the domain in the redemption period. After the expiration of the redemption period, the domain registration is deleted, and the domain name becomes available for general registration. The fee for reactivating a .ba domain that is in the redemption period (quarantine period) is 25.00 KM, while the fee for international domains in the redemption period is 585.00 KM.
Delete period:
The delete period is a period of 5 days after the expiration of the redemption period in which the domain registration is deleted and the domain becomes available for general registration. During the delete period, it is not possible to renew the domain, and the domain name cannot be reserved for future registration. After the expiration of the delete period, the domain name becomes available for general registration, unless the main registry retains it for sale at auction.
Please be aware of the time limits regarding domain expiration and renewal, and make your payment timely, ideally a few days before the domain expiration date. It is considered that the funds you have paid are received after they have arrived at our transaction account.
Also, please be cautious when registering and renewing domains, so you do not miss out on your desired domain. Our platform will always inform you about important dates and offer you options for renewing the domain on time.
If it concerns domain registration on our service, the user agrees that their personal data such as name, address, email address, and telephone number can be published in the public WHOIS database of the domain registrar, in accordance with ICANN rules.
You are entitled to a free domain if you order any of the domains from our offer along with a web hosting package, which in the pricelist has the note "price with web hosting: free". The free domain must be identical to the main domain of the web hosting being leased, and must be ordered in the same transaction as the web hosting service.
Customers/users can cancel the ordered service at any time. Cancellation must be made via the service cancellation option within the user panel on www.global.ba. Globalhost has no obligation to refund fees paid, regardless of the period of service use the customer has decided to discontinue using it. If a user requests the reactivation of the service after cancellation, together with the restoration of the previous user's files and if Globalhost has stored the user's files in some form and there is a possibility of restoring them, the user may be offered the return of those data or the reconfiguration of the user account. In the case that a customer/user requests the reactivation of the service after cancellation, the customer/user is required to make a payment in accordance with the current Globalhost price list.
Within 25 days from the expiry of the service, it is in "suspended" status. During this period, users have the option to extend the service at the price from the current price list, without additional service reactivation costs. After the 25-day period, the service is terminated, and all user files are deleted. If the service is terminated and data from the user's web hosting account is still available on the backup server, it is possible to extend the service at the price from the current price list, with an additional one-time fee for reactivating the terminated service, which is 25.00 KM.
Our service is strictly based on a pre-paid basis, which can be for periods from one month up to one year. Globalhost is not obliged to provide service to a user who has not settled all their debts for the upcoming ordered period. Globalhost reserves the right to disable access to all services of the USER, if the same has outstanding debts towards Globalhost, until the settlement of the same. Globalhost undertakes to contact the USER at the latest 30 days and 7 days before the expiry of the leased service, and offer an extension or deactivation of the same. All Globalhost services are charged according to the current price list which can be found on the website www.global.ba. If it is a service extension, the user pays the price according to the price list valid on the day of the service extension. Globalhost Ltd. reserves the right to change the agreed price.
Any non-compliance and/or failure to meet the mentioned terms and conditions by the user is a basis for account deactivation.
Globalhost reserves the right to remove a user account without prior notice. When Globalhost notices the mentioned non-compliances with its rules, an investigation will be initiated. During the investigation, Globalhost may restrict the user's access to prevent further potentially unauthorized activities. Depending on the severity of the offense, Globalhost may restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's account and/or take other actions related to civil liability. If the offense is a criminal act, Globalhost will inform the appropriate authority. Users release Globalhost from liability for damage caused to users or someone else through the use of Globalhost's services.
Globalhost Shared Hosting/VPS services (services where multiple users share the same hardware resources) are offered as is without any warranties, express or implied. We do not claim or guarantee that our service will be complete, secure, uninterrupted, and error-free.
Globalhost reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any condition at any time and without prior notice.
By accepting these terms, you commit to adhere to them!
