Refund Policy

Clients can cancel the ordered service at any time via the cancellation option within the user panel at www.global.ba. Globalhost is not obligated to refund fees that have already been paid, regardless of the period of service use before cancellation.

Refunds will not be issued if the user violates any rule of using our services, resulting in the permanent suspension of the user account.

If a client requests reactivation of the service after cancellation, including the return of previously stored files, Globalhost will consider the possibility of reactivating the user account and returning those files, if available. In this case, the client is required to make a payment according to the current price list of Globalhost services.
